Long Toss Program - Youth
This long-toss program has been developed by our staff at the MVP Sports through years of learning and experience while playing collegiate and professional baseball. The goal of this program is to increase overall arm strength and conditioning, while creating proper arm awareness, and teaching the fundamentals of proper throwing technique.
Each 6-week session will be held at our MVP Sports Complex in Minooka. The first six-week session will be offered to both youth and HS level players. The second session is being offered specifically to youth players.
