MVP Strength and Conditioning - Ages 7 and Older
The MVP Strength and Conditioning Camp will focus on having fun while giving athletes an understanding of the techniques and fundamentals important to all athletic performance - Strength, Power, Speed, and Mobility. Athletes will learn the tools needed to get stronger, faster, and more efficient. Workouts will be focus on mechanics first, then consistency, and finally intensity.
MVP's Strength and Conditioning Camp is appropriate and will help develop athletes of all sports and skill levels. This Camp will be led by certified instructor and sports trainer Bobby Smith.
